Baldwin-Wallace defeats Otterbein, 84-64, Wednesday in the Rike
Center. Brian Pollock, 20 points, and Brice Rausch, 15 points and 10
rebounds, lead the Cards.
W's Basketball Falls to B-W in Berea
Laura Roth scores 29 and Katy Miller chips in 11 points in an
80-55 loss at Baldwin-Wallace Wednesday in Berea.

Knox Named W's Soccer All-America
Otterbein sophomore defender Jenny Knox has been named to the NSCAA/adidas
NCAA Division III All-America Team, announced this past weekend by the National
Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Three Football Cards Earn All-Region
Offensive tackle Andy Fries, place-kicker/punter B.J. Wanninger and
defensive end Mike King earn D3football.com All-North Region honors.
W's Soccer Trio Earns All-Region Honors
Otterbein sophomores Jenny Knox, Lindsey Rudibaugh, and Rachel Degen
have been named to the All-Great Lakes Region women's soccer team. In addition,
the team earns their highest national ranking in program history by finishing
seventh in the final national poll.

Rafferty Named Gagliardi Trophy Finalist
Otterbein quarterback Jack Rafferty has been named one of ten finalists
for the Gagliardi Trophy, awarded to the nation's top well-rounded Division III
football player.
Hartnett to Lead Lacrosse Program
Colin Hartnett, former assistant at St. John Fisher, is named head men's
lacrosse coach at Otterbein College. Hartnett, a graduate of the College of
Wooster, will be responsible for building the Otterbein lacrosse program as
varsity competition is scheduled to begin in spring 2010.
15 Football Cards Earn All-OAC Honors
Otterbein places 15 football players on All-OAC teams. Andy Fries
receives the Ken Wable Award as the OAC's top offensive lineman. Head coach Joe
Loth is selected OAC Co-Coach of the Year and offensive coordinator Tim Doup is
named OAC Assistant Coach of the Year.
Koons Named OAC Coach of the Year
Otterbein women's soccer coach Brandon Koons has been named the Ohio
Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
W's Soccer Racks Up All-OAC Awards
Otterbein was well represented on the All-Ohio Athletic Conference
women's soccer team, as eight different players earned honors.
Roth Named Preseason All-American
Otterbein senior guard Laura Roth has been named to the D3hoops.com
Preseason All-American team in women's basketball.
Football Pair Earn Academic Honors
Place-kicker and punter B.J. Wanninger and defensive tackle Nicholas
Stelzer are named to the 2008 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV
teams as selected by the College Sports Information Director’s of America (CoSIDA).
