At Otterbein, we think it is very important to visit a college campus before you decide to enroll. After a visit to Otterbein College, you will leave remembering its beautiful campus, its sense of history, but most of all, its people. We hope you will discover the tradition and excitement that Otterbein has to offer.

The best way to see campus is by scheduling an individual visit through our Admission Office. However, we also have several special College Visitation Days scheduled throughout the year. These open houses are usually held on Saturdays and offer a number of informational sessions.

Individual visits can usually be arranged Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on some selected Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Note: we may not be able to accommodate first choice requests if a large number of students request to visit at the same time on the same day; please have an alternate date in mind if possible.)

A typical visit includes a tour of campus, admission/financial aid conference and can include: lunch, observing a class, meeting with professor or coach. Depending on your visit requests you may want to plan on arriving in the early morning or afternoon.

We can even accommodate an overnight stay so you can really get the flavor of an Otterbein experience.

You may schedule an individual visit online, or you may contact the Office of Admission at least one week in advance at (614) 823-1500 or (800) 488-8144. Please let us know what you are interested in doing during your campus visit and we will do our best to arrange everything for you.

photo of Debbie Debbie, our Admission Receptionist and Visit Coordinator, will schedule your campus visit and greet you and your family when you arrive. Whether you're interested in a standard admission/financial aid conference and tour of the campus, or you would like to sit in on classes, meet with a faculty member from a specific academic department, talk with an athletic coach, or even spend the night in one of our dorms, Debbie will make the appropriate arrangements for you.
