Master of Arts in Teaching
The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree program is designed to provide an alternative route to initial teacher licensure for individuals with baccalaureate degrees in non-education areas. Licensure through the MAT is for the Middle Childhood strand only.This program is coordinated through Graduate and Continuing Studies and the Education Department.
